I know most people checking out this blog have younger babies but for those who have a bit older ones I wanted to share this with you:
It's now recommended that Toddlers stay in Rear-facing seat until 2.
I'm not sure how your family did it but I believe we did until 2, or around there. It was a bit easier to have them in that position longer, esp in the infant seats, if they fit!
